In a recent project carried out in Uzbekistan, our brand, ShouChuang, successfully completed an Apple Pomace Drying and Extraction project for a B2B platform client. The project, valued at $160,000, presented unique challenges that required innovative solutions to ensure a successful outcome.

The client approached us seeking a continuous belt dryer for drying apple pomace, a delicate material prone to falling through standard mesh belts. Preserving the trace elements in the pomace during the drying process was also a critical requirement. In response to these challenges, our team designed a bottom recovery layer with fabric bags to minimize cleaning efforts and implemented intelligent multi-layer temperature control technology to tailor the drying curve to the specific properties of the apple pomace.

Upon delivery of the equipment via bulk transport, our engineers traveled to the client's factory to oversee installation, commissioning, and staff training. Leveraging IoT and remote control capabilities, we were able to reduce the client's labor and time costs significantly. The client expressed satisfaction with the project, and it is slated to be showcased to the Uzbek government as a successful demonstration of our capabilities in delivering customized drying solutions.
