On August 15th, the avocado production line customized by our Kenyan client was shipped. The delivery team planned the loading process in advance, and after organizing and counting the equipment on-site, the professional loading workers worked together to load the items into the container.

On August 13, our company's pepper dryer production line was delivered on time and is ready to be shipped overseas. Early in the morning, the warehouse manager compiled the delivery list and counted the goods for the day. Workers systematically loaded the control panel, fans and various accessories of the drying line into the container according to the loading plan.

At the delivery site, boilers, pipes and other goods are carefully loaded into containers. Workers package the items and load them into containers using forklifts.

Pineapple is sweet and tangy, and packed with nutrients, but the shelf life of fresh fruits and vegetables is often too short. Drying technology can help extend the shelf life of food and improve its quality.

Recently, we received a pre-sale request from a customer to conduct a simulation experiment for pineapple drying using two different temperatures.

First, we remove the pineapple skin, and then cut the fruit into uniform thin slices. The surface sugars are rinsed off with flowing water to prevent the pineapple from sticking to the drying tray. The moisture content of the fresh fruit is measured with a moisture tester, and the experimental data is recorded. The pineapple slices are divided into two portions, each placed onto the drying trays. Then, specific temperatures are set, the dryer is started, and we simply wait for the process to complete.

How to Turn Fruit and Vegetable Waste (Peels, Pulp, Soy Pulp, etc.) into Valuable Resources? The solid residue obtained from drying fruit and vegetable waste, such as peels, pulp, and soy pulp, can be repurposed for secondary uses, including the production of organic fertilizers, biomass fuel, animal feed, essential oils, and more.
