On August 15th, the avocado production line customized by our Kenyan client was shipped. The delivery team planned the loading process in advance, and after organizing and counting the equipment on-site, the professional loading workers worked together to load the items into the container.

End Customer Repeat Order from an Existing Client Beet Drying Production Line Total Amount: $500,000 The customer is expanding production and required the latest technology and the largest model for processing beets. However, priored to this, Shouchuang‘s largest overseas single-unit equipment was 45m8m6m. With such large equipment, maintenance becomes difficult, especially during peak production seasons. If any issues arise, they must be resolved immediately, or it will affect the product processing and cause significant losses for the customer. Given the customer’s strong requirements and potential unforeseen circumstances in future equipment operation, Shouchuang integrated the latest patented technology, combining PLC-based intelligent remote point-to-point control with an equipment warning system, to establish a comprehensive emergency response protocol for the customer. End Customer: B2B Platform Client Project: Apple Pomace Drying and Extraction Total Amount: $160,000 The client inquired through a B2B platform, seeking a continuous belt dryer for drying apple pomace. However, the pomace was too fragile and tended to fall through the mesh belt. At the same time, it was essential to ensure that the trace elements in the pomace were preserved as much as possible during drying. Our company addressed these challenges by designing a bottom recovery layer with fabric bags to reduce the frequency and effort required to clean the dryer. Additionally, using the latest technology, we implemented intelligent multi-layer temperature control to ensure that the drying curve perfectly matched the material properties of the apple pomace. After the large equipment was delivered via bulk transport, our engineers were dispatched to the client’s factory for installation, commissioning, and staff training. Through the use of IoT and remote control, we significantly reduced the client’s labor and time costs. The client provided positive feedback on the project, which will ultimately be presented to the Uzbek government as a showcase project.
