At the same time, it was essential to ensure that the trace elements in the pomace were preserved as much as possible during drying.

Our company addressed these challenges by designing a bottom recovery layer with fabric bags to reduce the frequency and effort required to clean the dryer. Additionally, using the latest technology, we implemented intelligent multi-layer temperature control to ensure that the drying curve perfectly matched the material properties of the apple pomace.
