THE OVEN DRYER STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the hot air is recycled inside, which is energy-saving and efficient;
2. The thickness of the insulation layer is 80~200mm, and high-density rock wool or ultra-fine aluminum silicate fiber wool is used to further reduce heat loss;
3. There is an adjustable air distribution plate in the box, which can adjust the gap size up and down to control the air flow and make the temperature in the box more uniform;
4. The heat source can be electricity (380V/50Hz), steam (0.2~0.8MPa), hot blast stove (firewood/coal/oil/gas), etc.;
