The Chili Dryer Machineare used for drying the chili, pepper and other vegetables. The drying is one of the most important steps in the chili processing. After drying, teh chili can be easier to reserve, or it can be milled by grinding machine to reach higher efficient use value.
The chili drying system consists of feeding conveyor, belt dryer host, discharge conveyor, heat exchange furnace, hot air induced draft fan, exhaust fan, control panel.
According to variety of chili and different water content, we make different drying scheme.
Basic principle: The material passes through the paving device of the feeding port, and the material is evenly spread on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt sends the material into the machine to move in an "S" shape from top to bottom.
